1. Delete inside WPB Build
Sign in, open Profile and choose the account-deletion option. A worker can delete their own login. A workspace owner can delete the business workspace, including its jobs, team access and customer records.
2. Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@wpbbuild.com with the subject “WPB Build account deletion”. Send the request from the email address used for your account and tell us whether you are an owner or worker.
We may ask for limited information to confirm that the account belongs to you. We will never ask for your password. If you are requesting deletion of information controlled by a building business, we may need to refer the request to that business.
3. What is deleted
Deleting an individual login removes that person’s authentication access and account profile. Deleting an owner workspace removes its business profile, team access, jobs, customer details, updates, photographs, variation history and payment records from the live service.
An owner who needs to preserve business records should export or copy them before deletion. Deletion cannot be reversed after it has been completed.
4. Timing and limited retention
After identity and authority checks, information is normally removed from the live service within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies expire within 90 days. We may keep narrowly limited information for longer where law requires it or where it is reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention or an active legal dispute.
